- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with accuracy and courtesy.
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate office records.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
