Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume front desk reception area, greeting guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
- Support the administrative team with various projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
