Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining a 99% error-free record.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and memos.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm complex meeting arrangements and travel logistics for senior leadership.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing invoices and expense reports.
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and statistical analyses using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative support or data entry role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
