Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and answer incoming calls with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Data Entry Precision: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and employee data into our database systems using Microsoft Office and specialized software.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage emails, and distribute correspondence to appropriate departments efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to ensure smooth operations for management and staff.
- Document Management: File physical and digital documents, ensuring proper labeling and easy retrieval for audit purposes.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering office supplies to keep the workspace fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type accurately with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
