Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional manner.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, order inventory, and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and preparing for company events or workshops on weekends.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or business certificate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekdays.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
