Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and voicemails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Perform accurate data entry, document filing, and record-keeping for all departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Greet visitors and vendors with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and maintaining a tidy office environment.
- Prepare and edit internal reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is mandatory for weekend shifts.
