Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries, ensuring all messages are logged and responded to promptly.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend appointments and meetings for management staff.
- Prepare routine reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ensure the reception area and common workspaces are tidy, professional, and well-stocked.
- Provide general support to various departments during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative support or office assistance is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
