Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms with professionalism
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data security and accessibility
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility management
- Support departmental projects through research, data compilation, and presentation preparation

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in corporate or professional services
