Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Oversee complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, and prepare comprehensive agendas.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and internal communications with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Database & Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, manage databases, and perform regular data entry tasks.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
