Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and client data into various databases and spreadsheets with 99% accuracy.
- Manage incoming emails and phone inquiries, routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for weekend reports.
- Prepare and distribute weekly correspondence and meeting agendas.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for weekend events.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
