Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Professionally greet all visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or taking detailed messages.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage the reception desk calendar, assist with basic scheduling, and coordinate meeting room setups.
- General Admin: Perform light administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Access Control: Monitor security access logs and ensure visitors sign in/out properly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle inquiries calmly and resolve issues independently.
