Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule executive meetings with precision, ensuring no conflicts and optimal time management.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal memos.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones and managing email inquiries professionally.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and general office administration.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the team with event planning and project coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a professional setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
