Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and visitor inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and copying.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas and presentation decks.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical records and databases.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
- Support the management team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.
