Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms for the team.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle general office errands, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
