We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. As part of our Office Support division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our business runs smoothly after hours, providing essential support to remote teams and management.
Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries during the night shift, ensuring all messages are logged and routed to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Perform accurate data entry into our CRM and database systems; maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in coordinating night shifts for support staff and manage calendars for department heads.
- Reporting: Prepare and compile daily/weekly reports regarding office operations and resource utilization for the morning management team.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels during off-hours and initiate reorders to ensure the office is stocked for the next business day.
- General Office Administration: Perform light bookkeeping tasks, process invoices, and ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a night-shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Google Workspace or similar software.
- Skills: Strong typing speed and accuracy; exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
