Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes with high attention to detail.
- Assist with financial administration, including expense reports, invoicing, and payroll support.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies to keep the workspace efficient.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional welcome.
- Perform general clerical duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
