Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, and presentation materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, tracking key performance metrics and data entry.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, inventory, and digital filing systems for maximum efficiency.
- Support special projects and events as needed by the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume setting.
