Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors to ensure efficient communication flow.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy access and compliance.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with high accuracy.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for team building activities.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
