Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations to ensure high professional standards.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items promptly.
- Support the executive team with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
