Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
