Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strict focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Update and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and general administrative documents.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
- Support the sales and operations teams with ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and excellent grammar skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
