Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital and physical records within our database systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Ensure all filing systems are current, organized, and easily accessible.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
