- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring a professional tone.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, input data into databases, and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage filing systems, and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
