Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and tone.
- Oversee office operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, directing calls and visitors effectively.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records with strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote and on-site hybrid environment.
