Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Process confidential documents, correspondence, and records with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
