- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications, including calls and emails, with exceptional professionalism
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Support team coordination through meeting logistics and minute-taking

Qualifications
