Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support team meetings through preparation, documentation, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital databases
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in administration/office management
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Professional demeanor with customer service mindset
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
