Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and packages.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the executive team.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office setting.
