Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming calls professionally, screening and transferring to the correct extensions.
- Handle front desk operations including mail sorting, package receiving, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative support tasks using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the reception area calendar.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in office administration preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
