- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure seamless check-in processes
- Coordinate mail distribution, package handling, and office supply inventory
- Maintain immaculate reception area appearance and conference room scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support HR initiatives onboarding processes and event coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
