- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry tasks using office software.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Office Support is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
