Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail sorting, package handling, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist with basic data entry and filing to maintain accurate office records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office environment.
- Handle cash handling and light cashier duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
