Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area with warm greeting and screening of visitors/clients
- Handle multi-line phone system with call routing and message management
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office calendar logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires with office orientation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask with strong time management and prioritization
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly/Office 365) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
