Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls using a multi-line system, screening and transferring as needed.
- Handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining the department calendar.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory (entry-level candidates encouraged).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
