Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls professionally.
- Handle email correspondence and route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute reports to stakeholders.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
