Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Process incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and prioritize tasks
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor relations
- Support HR functions including onboarding and record maintenance
- Assist with special projects requiring data analysis and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and document management
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Doodle) and office equipment
