Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and reports to ensure seamless executive support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a professional demeanor.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries for team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support various department heads with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
