Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate complex calendars, arrange internal and external meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail with professionalism.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing systems, databases, and expense reports.
- Office Operations: Manage office inventory, order supplies, and assist with expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, team building activities, and client visits.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
