Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and archive meeting records for future reference.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and client visits to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and oversee basic facility maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create complex spreadsheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
