Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately to staff members.
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry tasks using internal software systems.
- Maintain and update office databases, ensuring all information is current and error-free.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in Data Entry.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
