In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that information is managed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our leadership team to maintain records, process documentation, and provide essential administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our digital databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Prepare, organize, and file physical and electronic documents, including invoices, contracts, and reports.
- Screen and redirect incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for department managers.
- Assist in the preparation of internal memos, presentations, and correspondence.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data verification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk (minimum 1-2 years).
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
