Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals in a professional manner.
- Screen and route incoming emails and correspondence, responding to routine inquiries promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a general office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
