Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including greeting visitors and answering a multi-line phone system with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the weekend team.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports, memos, and general correspondence.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all department records.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support management with ad-hoc projects and special administrative events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, reception, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
