Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a flexible schedule.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
