Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a professional environment for staff and visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications, including answering phones and managing emails.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread internal documents and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining electronic records.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
