Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and employee data into our centralized database systems with a focus on data integrity.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Perform data validation, proofreading, and auditing to minimize errors in reports and records.
- Assist in preparing weekly payroll batches and expense reports during the weekend shift.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Order and stock office supplies to ensure the administrative department is fully equipped.
- Generate and distribute standard correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar role.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the core schedule.
