Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.

- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the planning and logistics of company events and team meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with budget tracking as needed.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
