- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into our proprietary database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
- Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to compliance standards.
- Perform routine data cleaning and archiving tasks to keep systems running smoothly.
- Assist the administrative team with daily correspondence, including drafting emails and preparing reports.
- Monitor incoming data streams and flag any irregularities for immediate review by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a focus on accuracy and minimal errors.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
