Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team building activities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office accounting tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
