Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in our CRM and databases with a focus on precision.
- Prepare and organize physical and digital documents for filing and record-keeping.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing executive calendars.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Update spreadsheets and databases with new client and employee information.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
